In our world today, plastic has become the villain of the society, plastic plates and plastic glass or other plastic material are either one time use or non-recyclable plastics, these materials either increase the size of the waste or get into the water bodies to pollute it and kill aquatic life. Hence, Disposables made using stubble provides an alternative for this problem alongside managing agricultural waste. It is obtained after separating out the fibre from the stubble pieces and then converting and shaping it into fully biodegradable stuff that don't harm the environment and nature in any way. We have made sure that the products we make are cost-effective.

Prototypes
The products shown are made on a small level using small-scale technologies which are the alternatives for the machines that will be used in the future on a large level.
1. The tableware made are bio-degradable and cost-effective by not using any toxic or harmful chemicals.
2. The MDF alternate stubble boards can be earthquake effective, insects resistive, waterproof.
3. The paper made from rice straw is thicker than normal wooden paper

RUKHDI - exclusively by Stubeco

Starting this year (2020), Stubeco has exclusively sold over 100 pieces of 'Rukhdi'. As the name suggests, the word rukhdi is made up of two words- Rakhi + rukh(tree). Our motive was to make this festival as environmental as possible. Hence we decided to make Rukhdi(s).

A growable seed embedded on the top of the Rakhi was the initial point of selling for Stubeco. After getting a good response from people, we also added gift hampers along with Rukhdis.
